Cancellation Policy

  • Rescheduling due to IT difficulties, despite Member Services' help, won't incur charges.
  • If you're late for an appointment, the missed time will be deducted from the total, and no reimbursement will be provided.
  • No-shows result in a forfeit of the appointment time and charges equal to the reserved time.
  • Cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the scheduled time/tokens. Appeals can be made through Member Services.
  • Providers will remind you as your appointment time is ending, and additional time with your provider may be available based on their availability. However, the availability of additional time with the provider may vary and may or may not be consecutive.

Medicare

  • GoldCare doesn't involve itself with any insurance policies, including Medicare.
  • We don't inquire about your insurance policies.
  • Medicare and other insurance policies have rules participants must follow.
  • CMS mandates Medicare providers to bill Medicare for covered services.
  • GoldCare may have providers who do/have/will participate in Medicare.
  • By choosing a GoldCare provider, you confirm you're not a Medicare recipient and won't submit bills for reimbursement to Medicare.

Services

  • Advisor appointments do not include prescriptions, diagnoses, or lab/imaging orders.
  • Children can be seen by Pediatric Medicine providers, as well as Primary & Acute Care providers.
  • COVID pack purchase is valid for one individual only. It cannot be requested during regular primary care appointments.
  • The free 15-minute coupon cannot be applied to COVID pack appointments.
